What is CallerWave?

What types of communications does CallerWave support?

Do I need technical skills or developers to use CallerWave?

No. CallerWave is designed for business users without technical backgrounds. Our guided setup and no-code interface let you configure automated customer calls yourself. A CallerWave representative assists during onboarding to ensure you're confident and ready to launch.

What's included in the one-time onboarding?

Phone number setup, importing your contact data (we can integrate with your existing CRM or customer database), configuring your automated call conversation flows, and up to 30 test calls so you're comfortable before launching. On annual plans, the onboarding fee is waived.

Can you integrate with my existing system?

Yes. We can connect to your CRM, customer database, or spreadsheets to sync contact data. After calls, conversation results can be logged back into your system or stored in CallerWave—whatever fits your business process. We offer ready integrations with Salesforce, Google Sheets, and more.

How long do you keep recordings and transcripts?

Recordings are retained for 30 days and transcripts for 180 days. You can download either anytime before they expire if you need to keep them longer. Retention periods can be configured to be stricter based on your compliance requirements.

What sign-in options are available?

You can sign in with Google, Email & Password, or a Magic Link. New accounts must confirm their email for security.

How is my privacy protected?

Your data is yours. We don’t train on it, don’t sell it, and only keep it briefly to provide our service.

How do billing and plans work?

Choose a monthly or annual plan that fits your needs. Annual plans include one month free and waive the onboarding fee. Usage and invoices are visible in your Billing section.

How is usage counted?

We meter usage in CallerWave Credits. CallerWave Credits are unified platform usage units that cover AI customer call resources (e.g., speech recognition, speech synthesis, AI reasoning, and call duration). On average, 1 credit equals approximately 1 minute of active conversation or equivalent compute. Exact usage may vary by call configuration. All plans include a monthly credit allocation, and you can purchase additional credits as needed. Credits never expire and roll over month to month.

How secure is CallerWave?

CallerWave is built on enterprise-grade infrastructure that implements industry-standard security practices including encryption and secure authentication.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Plans can be upgraded, downgraded, or cancelled from your account settings at any time. Changes take effect according to your billing cycle.

Where do I find my invoices?

Invoices and payment history are available in your Billing section after you sign in.
