Call Recordings

30 days

Download anytime before expiration

Call Transcripts

180 days

Configurable retention: Retention periods can be configured to be stricter based on your compliance requirements. Contact us at support@callerwave.ai to discuss custom retention policies.

Data deletion: You can delete individual recordings and transcripts at any time through your dashboard. All data is permanently deleted after the retention period expires.

CallerWave strives to maintain uptime of 99% or higher with:
